At Shlokas Collective, we charge a nominal shipping fee at actuals, upon order confirmation, based on the total weight of the product. From time to time, we have a lot of offers on shipping which will be displayed on the website.

+I placed two different orders. Can you combine both orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

We try to dispatch your order within 48-72 hrs of order confirmation. Post that, it usually takes 5-7 business days.

Once you have completed your payment process, it isn't possible to add or edit your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched, you may cancel this order and place a new one. But, if dispatched already, you can place another order with these items and complete the payment for them.

Currently, we do not have COD option for our products.

+What are the accepted mode of payments for domestic transactions?
We accept payments via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI.
